She previously established and ran a highly successful, award winning legal consultancy and interim resourcing business within a top international law firm, leading it for eight years and setting the benchmark for agile legal solutions.
Gun is recognised for her ability to build and scale innovative legal resourcing models that deliver outstanding client service while offering flexible and fulfilling career paths for legal professionals. Her commercial acumen and collaborative, pragmatic approach allow her to bridge the needs of law firms, in-house teams, and consultants with clarity and impact.
Her success extends beyond operational leadership, with a proven track record in optimising organisational efficiency and fostering business growth through cross-functional team leadership and a technology-driven focus on excellence. With a strong HR background and a deep commitment to Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality, she is known for supporting career development, building high-performance cultures, and helping individuals reach their full potential.
Gun’s board-level influence and dedication to inclusive practice have earned her multiple awards, particularly through her trailblazing work with the UK Apprentice Trailblazer programme. As chair, she led the creation of the Solicitor, Paralegal, and Chartered Legal Executive apprenticeship routes—opening up the legal profession to a broader, more diverse range of future lawyers. With global experience across EMEA and APAC, Gun is adept at navigating complex business environments and driving sustainable growth. She is also a board member of MCC’s charity Middlesex in the Community and an ambassador for Sadler’s Wells East, promoting community engagement through sport and dance.

As Managing Director of MB Embark, our interim legal solutions offering, Lucy brings with her a wealth of experience having worked exclusively in the ALSP and interim legal market for over 15 years. Lucy is an experienced new business generator and client development lead with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. She is highly skilled in engagement management, operations management, international business development, revenue generation and managing business growth.
Lucy has extensive experience leading growth strategy, marketing / communications / PR / client retention and creative fulfilment particularly when faced with complex client resourcing instructions.
With a background as a legal professional, Lucy pivoted into executive legal search placing law firm partners and teams within London, the UK and internationally in addition to finding resourcing solutions for in house legal teams from placing at the C-Suite, General Counsel, Head of Legal level through to placing junior lawyers across these functions.
Most recently Lucy was in the senior leadership team at an award winning interim legal solutions platform. Over her career, Lucy has partnered with and supported clients, many of whom are among the world's most recognised and leading brands within the 48 FTSE 100 and over 50 FTSE 250 companies. Lucy has a vast network of high-profile client relationships and long-lasting, strong relationships with many of the most talented lawyers in the interim market which is testament to her work delivery and the model in which we choose to continue to work at MB Embark. Relationship led is key to Lucy and is how we provide exemplary solutions as a close knit team. Passion, purpose and consistent client delivery is what Lucy brings to our team.
