Our onboarding is straightforward and personal. Here’s what to expect:

1. Initial Conversation

We’ll start with a call to learn more about your experience, what you're looking for, and how we might support your goals. No forms. No gatekeeping.

2. Informal Interview

Next, you'll meet one of our senior team members for a deeper conversation — this helps us get a feel for your strengths and preferences, so we can match you thoughtfully.

3. Joining Our Network

Once we’ve both agreed it’s a good fit, you’ll officially join the Embark Consultant Community. From there, we’ll keep you informed about relevant opportunities and stay in close contact.

4. Engagements

You decide which roles you want to take on. We’ll handle the contracts, onboarding, and client communications — and support you throughout your engagement.

5. Ongoing Relationship

We check in regularly, invite you to events and community sessions, and involve you in shaping how Embark grows. You’re not just a name on a database — you’re part of what we’re building.
