Siobhan has 25 years’ experience in the commercial property area. She started her training at Geldards, before moving to Gateley and then Spearing Waite (now owned by Knights plc). She became an associate at 2 years pqe, senior associate at 4 years pqe and partner in 2015.
Siobhan has spent many of her working years doing complicated development work, generally acting for developers on land acquisition, investment sales and agreements for lease with development obligations. Siobhan has a niche in overage agreements, joint venture, and promotion agreements. She tends to act as a trusted advisor for her clients undertaking banking and project finance work as their needs dictate.

Experience includes:
- Acting for a logistics developer in the acquisition of a site involving 5 different land interests all of which had to complete simultaneously with a GDV of circa £60 million
- Co-ordination of City of London Long Form Certificates of Title to support a £30 million revolving credit facility secured over development sites
- Sale of land on behalf of a landowner to a nation house builder at a value of £12 million
- Acting for a developer in relation to the entering into of agreement for leases with major supermarket retailers
