
Satvinder is a Partner at Merali Beedle and is a highly experienced family law solicitor. She qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and specialises in all aspects of family law including international family law matters, particularly more complex financial remedy cases and difficult disputes concerning arrangements for children; for both married and unmarried couples. She regularly deals with a variety of cross-jurisdictional and high net worth matters, many involving multifaceted business structures and international assets. She also drafts pre/post nuptial agreements as well as separation and cohabitation agreements. With over 20 years of experience in family law and having acted for a wide variety of clients, she has developed an excellent ability to understand the needs of her client and offer practical solutions and pragmatic legal advice whilst supporting her clients throughout the process.
Satvinder is also a member of Resolution, an association of family law professionals who seek to reform family law and promote a constructive and amicable approach to dispute resolution.
