Rachael is a residential and commercial property solicitor with over 20 years of experience, particularly in landlord and tenant matters.
Rachael deals with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages and general property matters. She acts for the landlords of a number of residential blocks of all sizes, as well as tenants in relation to lease advice and the transactional side of enfranchisement and lease extensions. She also acts for commercial landlords and tenants in relation to commercial leases, sales and purchases, mainly for retail and office use.
Rachael qualified in 1999 and worked for Nabarro Nathanson before joining a smaller niche property firm as managing partner. She joined Merali Beedle as a consultant in January 2021.
