Her experience includes Sales, Purchases, Exclusivities, New build purchases as well as plot sales, Leasehold matters such as Lease Extensions both inside and outside of the Act, Licence to Assign and Licence to Alter, Secured Lending, Contract Assignments, Remortgage / refinance, Transfer of Equity.
