Malcolm is a commercial and residential property conveyancer, experienced in landlord and tenant, leasehold enfranchisement/lease extensions, along with ancillary property litigation, and is an executive consultant of the firm.

He joined us in May 2017, from David Conway & Co, a boutique law firm in London's west end, which he joined in September 2006. Malcolm previously spent nearly 8 years at Howard Kennedy, heading up, during his final year, the residential property team, alongside his commercial property workload.

He began his career in the City, in the property department of Waterhouse & Co, in January 1980, dealing with Housing Association property transactions and other, mixed commercial property letting and ancillary management transactions, before moving on in 1990.

Outside of the office, Malcolm is a FA Level 2 football coach, and has previously coached and managed youth teams, including those at Sutton United and Carshalton Athletic, in the 6-14 age group.
