Kexin (Cassie) graduated her LPC in 2022 and has been working with Boyu Chen, Elin Lee and Zhiyu Zhao since 2024 as a paralegal.

Being a mum to a 5-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy, Cassie is extremely patient and provides a smooth service, caring for you just as a mom would. She is patient with clients' needs; whenever you have a call with her, you can hear her sunshine smile through the phone.

She is like the Donna of Suits. She is our first line of communication with clients throughout the stages, whereas we, the caseworkers, are unavailable when we are in meetings or focusing on writing reports.

Cassie helps our team deal with file opening forms, and she will advise you once the file opening team has sent your ID verification checks. She also deals with communicating with the accounts department for receipting your funds and helps us make payment submissions for post-completion matters, such as SDLT payments, Notice fee payments, etc.
