Jonathan acts for developers (particularly residential), high net worth investors and trading businesses. He has also undertaken a wide variety of renewable energy work.

He has been involved in residential development for all of his career which spans nearly three decades, acting on some landmark schemes in the south east of England. In more recent years, he has advised on a wide variety of brownfield regeneration schemes as well as greenfield schemes in the wider Midlands. Together with Stuart Tym, Emma Hughes and Jordan Albrighton, the team is proud of their growing reputation as a genuine alternative to the big firms in Birmingham that specialise in this work.

Outside of his property development practice, he acts for many high net worth property investors as well as the largest KFC franchisee in the UK.

Jonathan has a keen personal interest in renewable energy, advising developers, funders and end users of all manner of renewable energy projects.
