Jenny is a dispute resolution expert with broad expertise in commercial and international disputes.

She can assist with early-stage intervention, Arbitration, High Court litigation and contentious insolvency matters. Her work has varied from advising high net-worth individuals, shareholders and directors, through to all aspects of dispute resolution for commercial and corporate entities in the banking, fintech / tech, mining and medical devices sectors.

Jenny qualified at a City law firm, working in their Dispute Resolution team for 10 years and eventually becoming a Director.  Her expertise covers a range of commercial and corporate matters including: shareholder disputes, professional negligence issues, financial and investment disputes, general commercial and insolvency matters and large-scale treaty arbitrations.  

Jenny works very closely with in-house legal teams and has completed a number of secondments including a secondment to the international business of a global medical devices company(headquartered in the US) for five months to provide maternity cover for their International Legal Counsel. During this secondment, Jenny advised and assisted the international business with all legal needs covering all jurisdictions outside the US.
