Jennie Curtis is a real estate finance specialist with more than 10 years’ experience working for institutional lenders, family offices, bridging lenders and challenger banks. Typical loan types include bridging loans, buy-to-let, light refurbishment and development loans, healthcare and hospitality loans, mixed commercial term loans and large portfolio refinances.

Notable transactions include completion of an £8m portfolio refinance in the Cardiff area of 27 properties; a £11m multi-jurisdictional portfolio refinance; and a £2m bridging refinance completed in three days.
Prior to working in law, Jennie worked in journalism for 14 years as a production editor and designer. Her first graduate job was at the Guardian and Observer Newspapers.
