Hannah Mugleston is a specialist Family Law Solicitor with over 9 years’ experience, particularly in matrimonial, cohabitee and private children law matters.

Hannah deals with matrimonial finances, civil partnership matters, cohabitee matters and matters regarding child arrangements. Within these areas of law, she is able to deal with agreements and disputes of all kinds. She acts for mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, partners, grandparents, ex-husbands, ex-wives and former partners.

Hannah qualified in 2017 and worked at Stowe Family Law where she became a Senior Associate Solicitor before joining a smaller high street firm in the Cotswolds. She joined Merali Beedle as a Consultant Solicitor in August 2026.

Hannah is based in Oxfordshire and can advise clients across the North and Central Cotswolds as well as the surrounding areas including Oxfordshire, North Gloucestershire, South Warwickshire, and at our offices in Birmingham and London. Appointments can be carried out in-person (where possible) or remotely. In addition, she can advise clients across England and Wales remotely.
