Fred is an experienced commercial property solicitor who previously practised at Farrer & Co, having qualified in 2010.

He acts for landlords, tenants and developers on their commercial property issues and has long-standing relationships with institutional investors, charities, family offices and property funds.  He advises on a range of commercial property work, focusing principally on investment transactions and asset management, landlord and tenant matters and corporate occupancy. He has sector experience in office, logistics, retail and leisure assets – both urban and out-of-town.

He has in-depth experience with charity clients engaged in acquiring and disposing of investment property.  He has advised on the active management of a number of his charity clients’ property portfolios and, through this work, has gained a detailed understanding of the reporting requirements and Charity Commission compliance issues affecting charities.
