
Predominantly based in Hampshire, Emma act for a range of clients across different sectors (particularly entertainment and technology) in relation to corporate and commercial disputes, including director/shareholder disputes and those regarding agency termination and restrictive covenants.
Emma has a particular specialism in intellectual property disputes and often supports in house counsel at commercial clients with general risk management and brand protection matters. She also has experience advising clients in relation to GDPR matters, both contentious and non-contentious, and in relation to drafting commercial contracts and intellectual property licences on a non-contentious basis. Emma is the Trustee of several charities, currently her main Trustee role is with Foxie’s Future (a charity focussed on saving a children’s activity centre and, now, running it) and she is Director of TechSolent CIC which is a Solent-based networking organisation aimed at Tech professionals in the Solent region.
