How we work with you

All immigration work is supervised by a Partner specialising in Immigration law. Our services for businesses are tailored to meet therequirements of the business.

For individuals making a visa application, our services include:

  • Assessing an applicant’s eligibility for the visa they are applying for and advising on the likelihood of success.
  • Advising an applicant on the legal requirements they will need to meet.
  • Advising an applicant of the documents required in support of their application.
  • Assisting with preparing and submitting application.
  • Preparing a cover letter setting out how an applicant meets the legal criteria to accompany the application.
  • Providing a note of advice following the determination of the application.

We do not specialise in asylum, detention or deportation matters and therefore we are unable to assist with these cases.

The timeline for preparing and submitting an application can be between 4 and 12 weeks but this can vary depending on the complexity of the matter, the amount of documents involve and how quickly we receive instructions and documents from applicants. Once the application is submitted, the HomeOffice will then process the application in accordance with the published processing times. You can find move information on the Home Office’s published processing times here:

This is not an exhaustive list and we will advise applicants on the disbursements relevant to their matter. For a list of the Home Office visa application fees, please click here.
