Alia is a high energy, global legal executive with 11+ years of progressive and diversified PQE (Post Qualified Experience) creating enterprise value through applying a strategic and commercial approach to legal and corporate endeavours.

She has held positions where she’s been responsible for overall leadership of a company’s strategic as well as tactical legal operations at a global level.

She has been a Director and managed investor relations previously and more recently a member of the executive management team of a global company.

Alia drafts, reviews and negotiates a broad range of technology-related agreements and program development opportunities, advising on potential risk and devising creative and practical legal solutions to meet business needs. She has worked closely with colleagues domestically and globally to understand key IP and commercial requirements and ensure contractual terms comply with corporate directives, policies and procedures.

She provides legal guidance on general corporate matters as they arise, including but not limited to capital structure, acquisitions and divestitures, employment, real estate and litigation. She designs and implement appropriate policies and programs to ensure compliance with applicable law.
